SySt®-Consulting: Solution focused Change Facilitation

SySt® Institute Munich

Logical schemata are the basis for the systemic structural constellations according to SySt®. In this seminar we will work out together how we can also use these schemata when accompanying change processes – whether as a manager or as an (internal/external) consultant.

How can I already use the logical schemes when clarifying the assignment of change processes? What should I focus on when accompanying change processes? Which sequence makes sense in view of the variety of measures? How do I deal with “resistance”? These and similar questions will be addressed in this seminar.

The SySt® formats that help us – depending on the client’s problem – will be explained and put into practice using practical examples. We will also deal with the system principles according to SySt® to see how these can support ourselves and our clients in accompanying change processes. The whole thing will be spiced up with tools according to SySt®, which we can use well in practical work, as well as with some basic principles (such as paying attention to the sequence), whose curative application in change processes is also very helpful.

There is the opportunity to bring in cases from your own leadership or consulting work in this practice-oriented seminar and to ask questions about the connection with other change concepts.

Number of participants: max. 25 persons
Language: German

Reflexive time management

LEAD Academy Berlin

Time pressure, stress and strain make life difficult for many people, and the optimization metaphor of “higher, faster, further” plays its part. In order to break out of the cycle, classic cognitive time management tools are of limited help. This training offers support for all those who are willing to go a step further and work with and on themselves to gain a better handling of time issues.

Based on their own possible solutions, participants work out resource-oriented solutions for common and individual topics with the support of three coaches. The focus is on the participants’ concerns, e.g. (time) tensions caused by inner drivers, values, attitudes and working methods. The aim is to become more aware of one’s own attitudes and behaviour and to transform them towards “better”.

SySt®-Consulting: Developing Leadership with SySt®

SySt® Institute Munich

In this seminar we would like to offer a practical insight into the handling of SySt® – time channel work. We will deal with the two main channels, Iter and Flux, the transitions between these time channels and also with the secondary channels agonal mode and presence mode.

How can we as leaders or consultants support ourselves as well as our employees / clients to (re)find a more resource- and solution-focused approach in our own time experience? Which SySt® formats can help us to work out solutions for the different possibilities of a stressful time experience? How can we influence our time experience? Which language patterns in dealing with time do we have and what can help us to deal with it in a more constructive way? What semantic reactions are evoked by statements about the experience of time? How can dealing with one’s own values help in dealing with time? How can sorting out the circumstances help? Such and similar questions and topics will accompany us in this seminar, where you can ask questions about the integration of cognitive time management concepts into your own work and the limitations of such concepts.

The SySt® formats that help us – depending on the problem – will be briefly explained and put into practice using practical examples. The goal is to become more aware of one’s own attitude towards time tensions and to be able to deal with them in a more solution-oriented way or to be able to communicate this to others.

There is the possibility to bring in cases from your own leadership or consulting work in this practice-oriented seminar.
