Reflexive time management

LEAD Academy Berlin

Time pressure, stress and strain make life difficult for many people, and the optimization metaphor of “higher, faster, further” plays its part. In order to break out of the cycle, classic cognitive time management tools are of limited help. This training offers support for all those who are willing to go a step further and work with and on themselves to gain a better handling of time issues.

Based on their own possible solutions, participants work out resource-oriented solutions for common and individual topics with the support of three coaches. The focus is on the participants’ concerns, e.g. (time) tensions caused by inner drivers, values, attitudes and working methods. The aim is to become more aware of one’s own attitudes and behaviour and to transform them towards “better”.

In 2010 I founded JAvisio and since then accompany companies, teams and individuals in development processes.

Experiences I bring: As a graduate psychologist and systemic process facilitator, I have worked for 12 years in leading positions in the field of human resources in Germany and abroad. For 10 years I have been an independent partner of companies, teams and individuals in systemic organisational consulting, the support of change processes and long-term human resources development.

SySt® Consulting: Very logically - with format(s)

SySt® Institute Munich

You have already gained practical experience with SySt® formats and are wondering how you can use SySt® knowledge in consulting in a very concrete way? In your work as a systemic consultant, you would like to deepen the many solution-focused formats of SySt® in a very virtuosic and playful way to support teams in any situation in their current situation?

Would you like to rediscover access to your own resources in the application of SySt® tools in supporting organizations in order to be able to offer appropriate interventions for clients in many (also unforeseen) situations? What helpful tools have already been developed that consultants trained in SySt® formats can offer as a matter of course, in order to be able to offer the client several appropriate options in consulting projects (just as we have several intervention options in constellations)? So how can we support the client to (re)see their (team) resources and find solutions? Depending on the needs of the participant group, let’s look at the different formats that support you in SySt® consulting work.

Depending on the needs and level of knowledge of the participants, we will thus shed light on different formats, interventions, basic principles and SySt® tools and design the days in a concern-oriented way, so that we cover as diverse as possible practical examples of the attendees from their client projects.

Graduate psychologist with over 13 years of experience in human resource management in the international automotive and IT industry. Since 2010 co-owner of a consulting firm for the support of companies, teams and executives in international contexts (Europe, USA, Latin America, China, India) with a focus on personal development, changing processes with an impact on people and challenging leadership situations. She sees herself as a companion who offers resource-oriented services and thus strengthens independent implementation.

Graduate of the basic course “SySt® Business Training”, the curriculum “SySt® Business Special”, the advanced training “Systemic Organizational Consulting according to SySt®”, the course series “Systemic Thinking” as well as the four-year SySt® training at the SySt® Institute (degree as “Systemic Therapist according to SySt®”).

Member of the support team for the SySt® International training since 2016. Accompanying seminars with Insa Sparrer and Matthias Varga von Kibéd.

Participation in the handbook for the practice “Designing workshops with SySt®”.

Further education in hypnosystemic consulting and clinical hypnosis according to Dr. Gunther Schmidt, systemic trance according to Stephen Gilligan, systemic organizational development according to Trigon and SySt® as well as completion of the Virginia Satir Practitioner.
