Many years of practice and experience

One of the great advantages for you as our customers is that we can draw on many years of experience in the areas of coaching, training and consulting and you have an authentic sparring partner with vision.

Our professional competencies range from many years of training experience of teams to practical activities in various areas (human resources, personnel management, project management, technical distribution, sales) and leadership experience.

As we ourselves have worked for many years as managers (of partly international teams) in industry, we are aware that the practical relevance and the possibility of immediate implementation in everyday life are essential for success.

Goal-oriented and focused education

It is important to us to meet the high competence requirements of our customers. For this reason, we also ensure our own continuous development by completing a targeted and focused training or further education course at well-known schools at least once a year. For each of us, this means about 20-30 training days per year. This means that we are always up to date and can continuously offer our customers new insights, attitudes, methods and perspectives.

We are convinced that only if we know ourselves well, consciously reflect and supervise ourselves again and again, we can also better understand your thoughts, feelings and actions in the development process and thus accompany you systemically and sustainably.

Solution-oriented and systemic attitude

The systemic work with the transverbal language of SySt® shapes our thinking and acting as well as the contact with people very much. We use it in all contexts – in consulting, coaching, workshop design, planning approaches to organizational development measures or mediation.

We consider the connection to our clients as a gift, therefore we work very transparently and pass this knowledge on to our clients. You will learn from us what we have chosen which approach for as well as which logical formats have supported us in our selection.

In the contexts in which it is appropriate, we accompany our customers as hosts of Systemic Structural Constellations according to SySt® and thus take new approaches to solutions.

The basis of my process-oriented consulting is my psychological background knowledge as well as my professional activity in the field of human resources as a member of international management teams and the leadership, strategy, change and project experience I have gained there.

My aim is to support people and teams in their development in such a way that they can approach their current issues in a structured and constructive manner, strengthen their competencies for the future and find solutions for future challenges. I see myself as a companion who tries to understand the other person, offers resource-oriented services and thus strengthens independent implementation.

The basis of my process-oriented consulting services is my many years of experience in supporting a wide range of industrial and economic sectors. In addition to this, strategic training and further education planning of international trade partners, combined with the implementation together with an international team led by me. This combination of knowledge and experience, combined with continuous further training, forms the bridge between practice and theory and are the main pillars of my work with my clients.

My primary aim is to get to know people, groups and teams better for working together, to recognize their existing competencies, to make the customer aware of them and to use and expand them in a targeted manner. Developing things yourself makes sense and is the basis for the motivation to implement them in everyday life. Through this awareness, I support people in connecting their knowledge and skills with what they do.

I see myself as a companion for my clients, who primarily find ways and means for personal development themselves. Everyone is endowed with wonderful resources – we support them in a respectful attitude to perceive them and to develop them further in a new quality. We think it is important that you get to know us and we get to know you personally, because the basis of our work is mutual trust, which includes appreciation and respect.

But please don’t be surprised … we don’t dig into the smallest cause of a symptom or try to find out who exactly is to blame … instead, we focus together with you in a solution-oriented way towards the future and find out together what options for action and resources you have.

The next step is the planning of your project. Here we always keep in mind how you or your team(s) can independently design your topics, processes & tasks and thus be able to act without external consulting in the future.

This approach may seem unusual, but in our experience it is usually faster and more sustainable.

Afterwards, it is a matter of implementing step by step … and, as is usual in change projects, with always new learning experiences that flow into the next planning phase. Change projects are different – they are just as individual as each person.
